Organic High Fiber O's

Yes, I'm an old man. Every cereal in my cupboard has either the word "Bran" in the title or a fiber content of at least 20% of the FDA's recommended daily value. Not because I'm irregular, but because I like the taste.

Trader Joe's sells a cereal called "Organic High Fiber O's". Shockingly, they look like Cheerios (who would have thought right?), but with the fiber content of my beloved Bran Flakes. And they are tasty like Cheerios.

So I ate a HUGE bowl one night before going out drinking. And it was the kind of drinking where you come home and pray to fall asleep before you throw up. I woke up in the middle of the night to severe cramps, presumably from the Fiber and Alcohol having a party in my colon region. In my groggy, still half drunk state, I thought, "Here we go. It's time to go throw up."

I was very happy to realize I was just gassy. I just had to toot a little, roll over, and fall blissfully back to sleep.
