Patiently Awaiting Gentrification

I moved into a one bedroom apartment on Tuesday. I was okay with cheaping out on a studio when I first moved to San Francisco. Luckily, rents have been coming down with the Great Recession, so now I can justify springing for an apartment without my bed in the freaking living room.

I had been considering moving out of the Tenderloin, but I really like it. Restaurants are cheap and plentiful. Muni is super close and convenient. And it's cheap!
